As Finance Controller, you will lead the full spectrum of finance operations, including accounting, reporting, internal controls, treasury, tax, and compliance, while managing a team of two professionals. You will also act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, driving budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and business insights to support commercial decision-making and business growth

Job Description

  • Collaborate closely with senior business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to provide financial insights, profitability assessments, scenario modeling, pricing analysis, and investment evaluations that support business performance.
  • Lead the annual planning cycle, periodic forecasts, and long-range financial outlook processes, ensuring alignment across functions and consistency with broader organizational objectives.
  • Strengthen management reporting through meaningful analysis of business trends, performance drivers, and financial variances, translating data into actionable recommendations for leadership teams.
  • Oversee tax compliance and reporting activities, ensuring adherence to relevant direct and indirect tax regulations while supporting effective tax planning and risk management practices.
  • Lead and develop a team of experienced finance professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment focused on accountability, continuous learning, and service excellence.
  • Lead month-end and year-end financial close activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant reporting in line with corporate policies and local regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee key finance processes across accounting, billing, collections, procurement, and payments, while driving continuous improvement through digitalization, automation, and process optimization initiatives.
  • Manage liquidity, foreign exchange exposure, and working capital performance, implementing effective strategies to enhance financial efficiency and support business growth.
  • Maintain a strong control environment and ensure adherence to statutory, tax, and regulatory obligations. Coordinate internal and external audit activities while promoting a culture of compliance and risk awareness.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experienced finance professional with a broad foundation across controllership, business finance, planning, and performance management in an international business environment.
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership teams to drive profitable growth, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience developing teams and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Deep understanding of financial governance, risk management, compliance, and business controls.
  • Commercially minded, intellectually curious, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to simplify complex financial matters and influence stakeholders across multiple functions and levels of the organization.
