Job Description

  • Map and analyze current-state supply chain and logistics processes across procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and order fulfillment.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Design future-state workflows that reduce manual effort and improve process efficiency.
  • Analyze end-to-end process and data flows, including system integrations, data lineage, and operational handoffs.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, IT, and Product teams to define business requirements and support digital transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, process discovery sessions, KPI definition, SOP documentation, and change management activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Process Analysis, Operations Excellence, Supply Chain, or related functions.
  • Strong process mapping and analytical capabilities, with hands-on experience using Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, BPMN, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of business processes and system ecosystems, including ERP/CRM platforms, APIs, integrations, databases, and data flows.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with AI, workflow automation, and continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Experience in manufacturing, hardware, technology, supply chain, or logistics environments, plus exposure to SQL, dashboards, or ETL concepts, will be advantageous.
