Job Description

  • Lead and scale the Financial AI business unit, defining strategic priorities and growth initiatives.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies targeting financial institutions and institutional investors.
  • Identify market opportunities and build new AI-powered vertical solutions for the financial services sector.
  • Engage directly with C-level executives, investment leaders, and key decision-makers to understand business challenges and propose value-adding solutions.
  • Translate client needs into scalable products and service offerings by collaborating closely with product, data, and technology teams.
  • Drive commercial growth through enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and high-value client engagements.
  • Expand relationships with asset managers, hedge funds, quantitative funds, securities firms, and banks.
  • Evaluate emerging AI and financial technology trends to develop differentiated market offerings.
  • Lead complex consulting-style engagements and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and ensure successful delivery of business objectives.
  • Establish performance metrics, business plans, and execution frameworks to support sustainable growth.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to define long-term business expansion strategies and new industry vertical opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience with a top-tier management consulting firm such as McKinsey, BCG, or Bain.
  • Minimum Engagement Manager, Associate Partner, Principal, or equivalent consulting tenure preferred.
  • Strong track record in strategy development, business transformation, or growth consulting projects.
  • Deep understanding of financial services, asset management, capital markets, investment management, or related sectors.
  • Experience engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders and senior executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and develop commercial growth strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and structured thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to rapidly understand complex organizations and translate challenges into practical solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution capabilities.
  • Experience working with AI, advanced analytics, data-driven products, or technology-enabled solutions is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent Mandarin and strong English communication capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
