Job Description

  • Lead automation, PLC, and PC-based control system development.
  • Establish engineering standards and development processes.
  • Support equipment installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage and develop the automation engineering team.
  • Define technology roadmap and future automation strategy.
  • Support domestic and overseas project deployments.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering-related disciplines.
  • 10+ years of automation control development experience.
  • Proven people management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial automation equipment and components.
  • Experience with Keyence PLC, C#, or AOI systems is highly preferred.
  • Working proficiency in English.
