Job Description

  • 開發高階機器人感知框架，深度融合視、觸、力等多模態感測數據，確保機器人在非結構化環境中具備卓越的辨識精確度
  • 運用模仿學習 & 強化學習 技術，為高自由度機械裝置或類人型機器人賦能，實現高難度的精細動作操控
  • 前瞻 AI 技術落地： 推動多模態大模型（如 VLM、VLA）於實體層面的應用，並專注於克服 Sim2Real 的技術鴻溝，提升跨場景適應力
  • 全週期模型架構管理： 掌控模型從開發、端到端訓練至部署的完整路徑，針對雲端與邊緣運算執行精密的高效能優化、量化與壓縮

The Successful Applicant

  • 有 Sim to Real / Real to Sim 經驗，且能在模擬環境做 learning & Training
  • 能熟練運用 Isaac Sim 或 MuJoCo 進行模擬驗證 加分
  • 擁有機器人、AI 或 Computer Science 相關碩博士學位
  • 精通 Python、熟悉 C++
  • 熟悉物件偵測、姿態估計、vSLAM 或最新的 NeRF/Gaussian Splatting 技術
  • 具備 ROS/ROS2 開發經驗
  • 對機器人充滿熱情
  • 能持續追蹤並轉化國際頂會的論文成果
