Develop global UMC and Taiwan DRAM account strategy, create account/territory plan and execute account/territory plan. Develop and maintain proactive, effective business relationships with key and influential customer contacts. Coordinate and lead various sales staff that supports global UMC subsidiary and Taiwan DRAM accounts to ensure smooth and effective strategy execution. Maintain frequent contact with all key functional organizations at each customer site that influence the use, application, or commitment to CMC products and services. Ensure CMC is properly positioned to maintain existing business, to gain competitive business and to secure next generation (expansion) opportunities. Act as primary advocate for customer into CMC. Keep customers informed regarding CMC's products, services and relevant activities.
