Job Description

  • 負責 CVS 通路主要客戶之經營與關係維護
  • 規劃並執行年度 Joint Business Plan(JBP)
  • 與客戶協商檔期、促銷活動、上架及價格策略
  • 分析 sell-in / sell-out / 庫存數據,優化通路表現
  • 與 Trade Marketing / Marketing 團隊合作,推動通路活動
  • 管理客戶損益(P&L)並達成業績與利潤目標
  • 掌握市場趨勢與競品策略,提出成長方案



The Successful Applicant

  • 3-8 年 FMCG 或零售產業 Key Account 經驗
  • 熟悉 CVS(便利商店)通路運作尤佳
  • 具備良好數據分析能力與商業思維
  • 優秀的溝通協調與談判能力
