Job Description

  • Develop and execute global tax strategies to manage tax liabilities, ensure adherence to international regulations, and enhance financial efficiency to maximize organizational profitability.
  • Contribute to cross-functional budgeting and financial planning for various divisions and subsidiaries, ensuring ongoing oversight and alignment with budgetary goals.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards in all jurisdictions where the company operates.
  • Analyze financial conditions and market developments to support senior leadership in shaping long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Interpret complex financial data and provide clear insights and updates to stakeholders as necessary.
  • Prepare comprehensive global financial reports on both a monthly and annual basis.
  • Explore opportunities to reduce financial risk through proactive strategies and best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including financial institutions, auditors, and service providers.
  • Continuously update and enforce financial policies and operational procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.



The Successful Applicant

  • Over 15 years of experience in financial management, with more than 10 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in the manufacturing sector.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Advanced degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related discipline.
  • Background in international tax management is preferred.
  • Experience working in multinational companies, leading finance teams across multiple regions and adept at handling cross-cultural challenges with diverse approaches.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
  • Strong administrative and managerial capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in using various financial software and tools.
