我們的客戶為台灣知名製造品牌，深耕汽車內外飾與生活用品領域逾數十年，擁有完整的研發設計與製造能力，並以自有品牌行銷全球。企業積極推動數位轉型及智慧製造，於亞洲與美洲均設有據點，近年亦拓展至戶外用品市場，持續強化品牌國際競爭力。

Job Description

  • 規劃與執行新產品開發策略，確保品質、時程與成本目標達成
  • 領導設計與工程團隊，推動專案管理與資源整合
  • 建立與優化研發流程，確保符合ISO與相關開發規範
  • 跨部門協作整合市場、業務與生產需求，推動產品量產落地
  • 主導NPI流程、產品測試認證及供應商技術管理



The Successful Applicant

  • 具8年以上產品設計開發經驗及至少3年團隊管理經驗
  • 熟悉ISO品質管理系統與PLM產品生命周期管理工具
  • 擁有產品設計、模具開發與成本控管實務能力
  • 具跨部門溝通協調能力與問題解決能力
  • 熟悉AutoCAD、CREO等設計工具並具創新思維
