  • 參與精準醫療產業，直接接觸真實癌症基因資料，實際影響病患治療決策
  • 學習臨床等級NGS分析流程與國際法規（CAP / ISO），培養產業級 Bioinformatics 能力

Job Description

  • 執行與維護NGS臨床檢測分析流程
  • 進行生物資訊資料分析與結果驗證
  • 協助優化分析流程並確保產線穩定
  • 規劃並執行符合CAP、ISO等法規之驗證流程
  • 與實驗室及跨部門團隊合作

The Successful Applicant

  • 熟悉Linux/Unix操作環境
  • 具備良好資料分析與問題解決能力
  • 具基礎生物資訊或數據分析能力
  • 良好溝通與團隊合作能力



加分條件：

  • 具NGS或癌症基因檢測相關經驗
  • 理解biomarker基本概念
  • 熟悉Git、Docker或Snakemake等工具
  • 有AI或LLM相關專案經驗
