這是一間位於新竹市的新創公司，透過核心的雷達演算法技術開發產品應用，在國防、科技業與民生產業掀起革命性的創新

Job Description



  • 負責產品本體與次系統的2D/3D建模與工程圖繪製，規劃產品設計架構。


  • 進行結構強度與剛性分析模擬，並依據設計需求挑選材料，考量輕量化與成本效益。


  • 負責模具開發流程（含開模、試模、改模），確保設計量產可行並達成生產品質與維修便利性。


  • 參與原型機的開發與樣品製作，進行產品功能測試與驗證。


  • 優化整體結構設計，確保整合性能與模組穩定性，與工程團隊密切協作。

The Successful Applicant

基礎條件



  • 具備機械設計、航太或相關工程背景


  • 3 年以上全職工作經驗或相關研發經驗。


  • 熟悉塑膠與金屬零件設計，加工工法與外包廠管理經驗。


  • 熟悉 3D 列印設備應用，具備快速打樣與設計驗證能力。


  • 熟練使用 SolidWorks 或 Creo 等 3D 設計軟體進行產品開發。



加分條件



  • 熟悉結構靜態與動態模擬分析，能進行剛性、強度等性能預測與優化。


  • 熟悉產品檢驗規範與測試標準，包含 防塵防水（如 IP 等級） 與 EMI/EMC 等電磁干擾相關標準。


  • 有碳纖維或玻璃纖維複合材料的應用設計經驗，了解其機構特性與加工方式。
