Job Description

  • 依據公司經營政策，制定財務策略及準則。
  • 整體投資策略規劃與擬訂、資本市場與籌資開發之財務模組設計與試算。
  • 參與及規劃公司未來收購/併購專案。
  • 管理公司會計、報表、預算工作，包括制定公司利潤計畫、資本投資、財務規劃、銷售前景、開支預算或成本標準。
  • 負責稅務規劃，覆核公司各項稅務申報及問題處理。

The Successful Applicant

  • 必須具備公司治理主管資格
  • 過去有生醫產業相關經歷
  • 具募資、併購及投資案評估經驗
