Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a highly skilled Medical Advisor to join their dynamic team in Taiwan. As a Medical Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in launching a new product with robust clinical data into the market. This position requires a strong understanding of the medical landscape in Taiwan, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to provide expert medical guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
As the Medical Director, you will serve as the foremost medical representative in the country. You will be responsible for implementing both short- and long-term medical strategies derived from the global, regional, and IM (Innovative Medicines) teams, while forging impactful strategic alliances with healthcare communities and government bodies.
The role will support hemophilia, new product launches, and support global clinical development programs in Taiwan, and is responsible for acting as an expert in the creation of the medical strategy and operationalization of the medical activities as a key member of the Brand Team. And build up external partnerships with KOLs.
The Brand Manager will be responsible for full P/L of ATL, BTL and EC performance.
This role is report to the Sales Head and oversee the go to market strategy for the assigned categories.
You'll be the mastermind behind creative campaigns that promote artists and products across all platforms, while also analysing data to maximise their impact and identify new market opportunities.
As the brand marketing manager, you'll need to grow brand top of mind awareness and equity in Taiwan through the creation of brand strategy and brand plans based on consumer, customer and shopper insights, and to drive recruitment/re-recruitment - both from a customer and consumer perspective that making our brands the most talked about across the market as well as resulting in success at the point of purchase.
