Job Description

  • Industry & Technology Trend Monitoring
    • Track semiconductor roadmaps and process technology developments
    • Collaborate with silicon vendors to assess and influence CPU, XPU, and AI ASIC architectures
  • Technical Evaluation & Product Planning
    • Analyse processor technologies across vendors for performance, power, and cost
    • Lead feasibility studies and internal planning for silicon integration
    • Align product development with future silicon capabilities
  • External Engagement & Strategy Translation
    • Represent the company in technical forums and working groups
    • Convert market and technology insights into actionable product strategies
  • Internal Collaboration & Mentorship
    • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers in processor and ASIC domains



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years in CPU, XPU, or ASIC architecture, design, or system integration
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor processes and industry trends
  • Experience in technical marketing or product planning at IC design houses is a plus
  • Ability to evaluate chip architectures and market positioning
  • Familiarity with datacentre workloads and hyperscaler infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strategic thinker with proven ability to translate trends into product direction
  • Candidates with prior experience in technical marketing at IC design houses are highly preferred.
  • The ideal candidate should be capable of comparing different chip architectures, understanding market dynamics, and identifying technology trends that influence datacenter infrastructure.
