We are looking for an HR Payroll & Benefits Operations (Sr.) Manager oversaw the HR daily operations, for example, the newly onboard module, attendance, payroll, insurance module, exit module, employee actions, etc. of our Human Resources department, and provided support to our people managers and employees.

Job Description

  • Provide clear direction to the HR Ops team and ensure clear objectives/goals setting for the HR OPS team. Provide coaching and feedback to the team and support team development and engagement.
  • Monitor the newly implemented online onboard module, and lead the team to track attendance, OT, social insurance administration, and perform employee actions (including transfer, promotion, demotion, exit) which compliant with the related labor laws and the company policies.
  • Continuously improve and streamline internal HR systems/processes and ensure HRIS data accuracy.
  • Participate in the labor committee and lead the team to participate in the external/internal audit (labor condition related) and reply to auditors from time to time.
  • Design, implement, and periodically review and revise TW HR operations-related policies to ensure compliance and consistency with the global policies.
  • Provide HR operations consultancy to managers and employees.
  • Lead the payroll team and ensure timely and accurate payroll and attendance management.
  • Ad Hoc projects

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 15+ years of experience in payroll & benefit area
  • At least 5+ years of managerial and project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of labor law
  • Ability to develop clear and fair company HR policies
  • Team management skills
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Well-organized, attentive to detail, skilled in setting priorities and meeting deadlines, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Fluency verbal and written language skills in Chinese and English
  • Cross-team communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems is a plus
