My client is a top-tier networking equipment manufacturer, widely recognized for its remarkable innovation and strong business achievements in the industry.

Job Description

  1. Define the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy for the Wi-Fi product line, working closely with the R&D team to ensure successful product launches aligned with the MOXA product development process.
  2. Gain in-depth insights into market demands and technology trends, combining this knowledge with innovative thinking to identify and pursue profitable business opportunities.
  3. Lead the concept development phase, driving cross-functional teams to achieve objectives such as feature set, timelines, pricing strategy, and managing PoC (Proof of Concept) projects.
  4. Collaborate with regional sales teams and channel partners to explore new market opportunities, focusing on driving revenue growth for Wi-Fi products.
  5. Oversee the full product lifecycle management, ensuring the sustained success and competitiveness of the Wi-Fi product line.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or business development.
  • Proven track record of success in networking product management.
  • Expertise in Wifi Mesh device is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Wi-Fi technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with R&D teams and provide guidance.
  • A positive, resilient attitude with a creative, out-of-the-box approach to problem-solving.
