- Work with distributor to make sure the sell-in number hit the annual target.

- Co-work with marketing team to generate applicable marketing plan to increase brand exposure in different channel.
- 7+ year sales-related experience in retail industry.
- Solid track record on sales performance.
- Good communication skill with different parties.
- Excellent leadership mind-set.
- Team-oriented and result-oriented player.
- Strong negotiation skill would be a plus.
