Job Description

  • Lead product structural design, assess assembly feasibility, drive DFM initiatives, and review FA/DOE/MIL reports to ensure engineering excellence.
  • Coordinate cross-functional product development teams and deliver project milestones with a strong results-driven mindset.
  • Participate in customer meetings, address client requirements, consolidate instructions, and track project status to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
  • Host internal departmental meetings and support project managers in overseeing project operations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, identify critical issues, develop solutions, and ensure smooth execution across departments.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical/structural design of consumer electronics (experience in AR/VR/AI glasses or wearable devices is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience working with U.S./European clients, with strong communication capability.
  • 3+ years of management experience or project leader is a plus.
  • TOEIC 650+ with strong English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing (fluent spoken communication is required).
  • Highly proactive, responsible, and capable of working under pressure.
  • High flexibility and willingness for long-term assignment.
