- Devise insightful market expansion strategy and work with key stakeholders.
- Build up SOP for operation to select most valuable partners for market expansion.
- Demonstrate leadership in fast-growing Sales team and cross departmental cooperation.
- Construct solid sales pipeline and precise forecast and planning.
- Drive team performance to exceed targeted revenue quota.
The Successful Applicant
- More than 10+ years experience in a fast growing Internet company and 5+ years as Sales leader.
- Successful track record in team management.
- Entrepreneurial experience will be a big plus.
- Hands-on Sales experience with willingness to coach team members.
- Data-oriented mindset and analytic business judgement.
- Outstanding communication skill in both English and Chinese.
