Job Description

  • Lead regional initiatives that strengthen the end‑to‑end flow from sourcing through market delivery.
  • Align cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent priorities, decision‑making, and execution standards across markets.
  • Use data, metrics, and structured reviews to improve performance, visibility, and operational reliability.
  • Develop strategic supplier partnerships and negotiate agreements that enhance capability, cost, and service.
  • Drive continuous improvement and digital enablement to modernize processes and support scalable growth.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years in operations, supply, or network leadership roles with regional or multi‑country scope.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Operations, Engineering, Business, or related
  • Broad exposure across plan‑source‑make‑move‑serve (procurement, manufacturing, logistics/distribution, and customer operations).
  • Hands‑on experience with major ERP suites and data‑driven decision making (e.g., working knowledge of planning, inventory, and order orchestration modules).
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills; able to influence across functions and cultures.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
