Or client is a privately owned global Food & Beverage company in the world with heritage. They are now looking for a Trade Marketing Lead and be the strategic bridge between sales and marketing team. This role ensures seamless alignment from strategy to execution - elevating sales performance, enhancing channel competitiveness, and supporting sustainable business growth.

Job Description

  • Use consumer research, shopper insights, and retail analytics to identify growth drivers, uncover white‑space opportunities, and inform strategic planning.
  • Maintain strong understanding of channel dynamics through ongoing market intelligence, regular trade visits, and cross-channel collaboration to anticipate needs and guide proactive actions.
  • Lead the development of annual trade activation strategies, ensuring disciplined budget management to maximize ROI and support long‑term growth.
  • Create compelling sales presentations and communication toolkits that empower commercial teams with clear, persuasive narratives for stronger trade engagement.
  • Continuously assess trade marketing investments to improve spending efficiency and support data‑driven resource allocation.
  • Develop and execute channel-tailored trade programs that enhance competitiveness, create meaningful shopper impact, and maintain alignment with brand direction.
  • Build diverse, high-engagement trade initiatives that deepen trade partnerships, strengthen advocacy, and elevate brand presence across priority channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product launches, designing trade activation initiatives that drive visibility, trial, and conversion.
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between Sales and Marketing, ensuring clear communication and aligned execution that accelerates commercial performance.
  • Translate brand strategies into impactful in‑store execution plans, ensuring consistent consumer experience and maximizing conversion at key touchpoints.

The Successful Applicant

  • 12+ years solid trade marketing experience in well-known FMCG companies
  • Multiple channels handling experience including Modern Trade, General Trade like liquor stores, pharmacies, optical stores, etc
  • 3+ years solid people leadership experience
  • Growth mindset with high learning agility and embrace new changes
  • Cross functional / regional coordination skills with strong influencing as well as stakeholders management
  • Proactive personality with high curiosity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
