About Our Client
Our client is a well-known FMCG compamy which rapidly growing consumer health business. They are now looking for a Trade Marketing Head to lead their trade marketing team.
- Lead and initiate promotion strategies and in line with company and trade marketing strategy to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
- Develop trade marketing annual plans and budget control based on business objectives and marketing strategies.
- Identify category plans in specific channels in order to deliver the profitable result for business.
- Propose category strategies for existing SKUs to drive category growth.
- Full responsibility for execute campaigns / events / launches to gain maximum distribution / consumer reach / visibility.
- Work with sales team to plan, execute and review trade promotion and consumer promotion activities to consistently deliver KPIs.
- Monitor product distribution and trade promotion program result to develop channel strategy and expansion plan.
- Work with sales team to build strong relationship with our clients to maximize the efficiency and take full responsibilities to deliver annual sales target.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 8 years solid trade marketing / key account experience in well-known FMCG industries
- Familiar with Modern Trade channels, drugstore channels is a plus
- Strong in data analysis with strategic thinking
- Team player and experienced in people management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
