About Our Client
- An MNC scope American corporation producing mid-range to luxury fashion products.
- Known for the clothing, marketing and distribution of products in four categories: apparel, home, accessories, and fragrances.
- 250+ppl, 40 stores in TW and keep expanding.
- Ensure daily operation is 100% legal compliance including HR policies and procedures
- Be responsible for monthly payroll including OT, sales commission and etc., analysis, design, proposal and communication. Maintain 100% accuracy and on-time delivery
- Regular review and analyze company pay and benefits practices and policies, compare to market practice, provide insights and proposal
- Evaluate the necessary of review and redesign compensation and benefits practice in order to stay competitive as well as reasonable
- Build up comprehensive people rewarding system for the recognition and development of high potentials
Participate in annual C&B survey and other ad hoc mini survey. Compare internal income with market report and prepare income data analysis, make sure company pay structure and job grade is at proper level.
Support in C&B projects, e.g. job evaluation, position mapping, sales incentive, employee benefits and etc.
Support manager in other C&B projects.
The Successful Applicant
At least 5+ years C&B working experiences in multi-national companies
Positive mind-set, HR professionalism, proactive, accountable, passionate and self-motivated
Strong capability to quickly understand business operations;
Can work under high pressure;
Proficiency in Microsoft office application software;
Good at data analysis, fluent in English both oral and written
Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
Familiar with retail industry biz module. Budget: Negotiable, good budget
