Job Description

1. Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop
effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and participate in the selection process
to ensure the acquisition of top-tier talent.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract and retain a diverse pool of

The Successful Applicant

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, multi-function experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience in handling sensitive employee relations issues.
- Fluent in English.
