The position holder is to collaborate with business leaders in Taiwan and responsible for business's full spectrum of HR functional operation, including recruiting and selection, compensation and benefits, talent development, performance management, office administration, labor legislation, legal compliance and other HR matters that aligns with Corporate policies and values.

Job Description

Strategy

  • Provide strategic guidance and partnership to business leaders, enabling the delivery of the Business plan and Market plan.
  • Provide local context and insights for businesses to facilitate local adoption and the system implementation. -
  • Identify, prioritize, and develop organizational capabilities and behaviors to build a workforce that is fit for the future.



Business

  • Effectively partner with, challenge, and influence business leaders to deliver the right outcomes on people-related decisions, focusing on key tasks.
  • Being agile and embracing culture change and delivering AOR and/or local change initiatives in the Business.
  • Collaborate with AOR HRBPs to deliver an adaptable, right-sized, right-shored operating model focused on improving productivity in Business units.



Processes

  • Identify areas for improvement in HR processes, providing feedback, and escalating issues where appropriate to improve productivity within the Business.



People and Talent

  • Develop and deploy an effective talent strategy to ensure high-quality succession pipelines exist for critical roles within the Business.
  • Ensure the HR system transformation project is well-implemented and maintained.
  • Initiate and execute employee engagement activities that align with its culture and values.



The Successful Applicant

  • More than 8 years of working experience in HR functions covering recruitment, learning and development, and compensation and employee welfare.
  • Familiarity and experience with the practices of labor legislation and payroll operations.
  • Fluent in spoken and written language skills for both Mandarin and English.
  • Familiarity with Success Factors will be a plus.
