We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Tendering Expert to join our team and take ownership of the end-to-end bidding process for power transmission and energy-related projects. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in managing complex tenders, excellent cross-functional coordination abilities, and a deep understanding of technical and commercial requirements in the energy or utilities sector.

Job Description

  • Lead the full tendering process from bid qualification, proposal preparation, risk review, to final submission.
  • Analyze customer requirements and tender documents to ensure accurate and competitive offers.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, legal, finance, and project teams to compile technical and commercial proposals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely updates of bid status, pricing, and submission milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate tendering risks while optimizing margins and competitiveness.
  • Support contract negotiations and hand-over process to project execution teams.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance bidding strategy.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering or proposal management, preferably in power transmission or energy sectors.
  • Familiarity with large-scale EPC, utility, or infrastructure project bidding.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance risk and opportunity.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
  • Good in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
