Job Description

As a specialist Tech Recruiter, your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying, developing and managing candidate and client relationships within the Malaysian technology sector
  • Partner with tech hiring managers in order to fully understand role requirements in order to source the best candidates possible
  • Source, screen and shortlist the most suitable qualified candidates influencing positive outcomes with candidates and clients
  • With a completely customer approach, you will assess and respond to the needs of clients and candidates ensuring timely and responsive delivery
  • Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond, that includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients
  • Your goal is to build mutual benefiting relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximise PageGroup's commercial performance
  • Display a keen interest in learning the latest technology trends to ensure your relevance and credibility within the market

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for colleagues with:

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 years' prior experience recruiting within in technology and/or tech sales sector OR prior working experience working in a tech capacity (development, infra, big data etc)
  • Passion to excel in a commercial sales role within global MNC
  • High levels of drive and ambition to progress your career within a meritocratic organisation
  • The ability to build rapport, gain credibility and influence and wide verity of tech professionals
