Job Description
- Collaborate with recruitment managers to discuss the need and plan a full-cycle recruitment process
- Responsible for building up a recruitment team and candidate pools
- Search for talented candidates with various methods and channels
- Train the hiring managers to improve their skills concerning recruitment process Excel the brand reputation to attract more candidates
The Successful Applicant
- At least 2 years start-up and 5 years recruitment experience
- Formally worked as both a recruitment consultant and an in-house recruiter
- Experienced in recruitment process with all kinds of platforms.
- Has experience to build and lead a team
- Capable to recruit foreign employee globally
