Technical Director (server)

1. Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead and manage cross-functional R&D teams (EE, ME, Thermal, SW) to deliver AI Server SI solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative andinnovative work environment.

2. Client Interaction and Communication:

• Communicate fluently in English to engage with high-level technical personnel from clients in Europe and the Americas.
• Discuss technical specifications, industry trends, and project progress with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

3. Project Management:

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept through to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (AM, PM, RD, Plant engineering teams) to manage resources, budgets, and project milestones.
• Assist supervisors in commercial management of quality, schedule, and cost in product proposals and development engineering to ensure successful mass production.

4. Technical Expertise:

• Stay updated with the latest developments in the AI Server SI industry and integrate this knowledge into project strategies.
• Ensure the highest standards of technical excellence in server development, including design, testing, and implementation.

5. Innovation and Development:

• Drive innovation within the team, encouraging the exploration and adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
