- Responsible for talent recruitment by existing or newly developed recruitment channels.
- Participate in the campus recruitment and external agency activities.
- Ensure internal recruiting policy is aligned with compliance and regulatory guidelines.
- Sourcing strategies initiation and effective recruitment channel identification.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 8 years recruitment experience.
- Fluent in English, excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- A bachelor or above degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
- Must have working experience in retail or FMCG industry
