Taiwan Head of Product Line (Cover Sales Function)

**Strategy**

• - Responsible for executing a customer-focused operations strategy based on the overall business and functional strategies developed for the Division/BU/Hub.
• - Ensures relentless execution of this strategy.

**Management of Operations / Project Management**

• - Owns and is accountable for delivering KPIs in line with expectations.
• - Responsible for achieving 4C targets for operations: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity.
• - Deploys and manages an Integrated Project Management system for project execution as applicable.
• - Ensures on-time and on-margin project execution to deliver project EBIT and cash.

**Budget and Performance Management**

• - Accountable for delivering COGS savings and all other financial performance KPIs.
• - Responsible for defining and delivering the annual budgets for CapEx and OpEx expenses.

**Safety & Integrity**

• - Implements and sponsors Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and other business compliance standards and regulations across all QO functions.
• - Ensures a safe work environment and continuous improvement in HSE processes and integrity performance.

**People Leadership & Development**

• - Ensures all functions are properly organized, staffed, and directed.
• - Builds an effective, capable, and high-performing organization.
• - Develops talent, reviews organizational effectiveness, performs competence assessments, and continuously upgrades skills.

**Delivery (Operations & Commercial)**

• - Manages a sustainable and effective value chain from customer to supplier and from order to delivery (Products, Projects & Service).
• - Effectively deploys the respective Procurement and Logistics strategy and oversees project execution from order to service.
• - Ensures the integrated commercial success of the organization to drive business growth and market share, enabling the organization to achieve its short, mid, and long-term performance and growth objectives within the assigned geographical scope.

**Quality**

• - Oversees the effective deployment of Quality strategy.
• - Responsible for quality assurance, quality control, and the implementation of an integrated quality management system.

**Continuous Improvement & Customer Satisfaction**

• - Champions a culture of Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement across the organization.
• - Develops and continuously improves business processes and procedures, ensuring overall customer satisfaction within the scope.

**Engineering and Manufacturing Processes**

• - Ensures master data excellence, deploys manufacturing technology, and engineering process standards, and establishes governance mechanisms to drive and ensure compliance.
• - Adjusts engineering and manufacturing resources according to workload and optimizes the use of global operating centers as applicable.

**Standards, Governance, and Risk Management**

• - Ensures compliance with global and local standards, rules, policies, and procedures related to operations/project execution.
• - Introduces standards and guidelines, standardized processes, and KPIs in alignment with the respective Group, Divisional, BU, and Hub policies.
• - Manages operational risk, validates, and improves the reliability and effectiveness of business operations.
