Job Description

  • Take ownership of commercial contract management, leading the preparation, review, and negotiation of a wide range of business agreements including licensing, distribution, procurement, services, and strategic collaborations.
  • Act as a key legal partner to business teams, ensuring contracts are practical, compliant, and commercially sound.
  • Directly engage with overseas customers, distributors, and partners to drive contract negotiations and resolve issues efficiently while aligning with internal policies.
  • Support dispute-related and compliance matters, working alongside internal stakeholders and external advisors.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong contract drafting and negotiation capabilities, with hands-on exposure to international or cross-border transactions.
  • Comfortable working across functions, managing multiple stakeholders, and balancing legal risk with commercial realities.
  • Legal qualification is a plus but not mandatory; what matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, coordinate effectively, and deliver practical legal solutions in a fast-moving business environment.
