Job Description

  • Support and maintain e-commerce related systems used across multiple brands
  • Coordinate with regional teams on global system rollouts and digital initiatives
  • Manage IT or digital projects, including requirement gathering and implementation coordination
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions together with IT teams and vendors
  • Assist in managing system integration across e-commerce, CRM, POS, and ERP platforms
  • Monitor system stability and ensure smooth operation of digital platforms
  • Provide documentation, training, and user communication for internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with external vendors to track service delivery and system improvements

The Successful Applicant

  • Approximately 3-6 years of experience in IT systems, digital platforms, or application support
  • Exposure to e-commerce platforms or digital systems
  • Experience participating in IT or digital projects
  • Basic understanding of system integration concepts (data flow, API, or platform connectivity)
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Business-level English to communicate with regional teams
