Job Description

  • Lead and coordinate a multifunctional team spanning various supply chain functions to ensure efficient planning, procurement, customer service, logistics, and distribution operations.
  • Develop team capabilities by assessing skill gaps, establishing a robust organizational structure, and empowering key members with necessary resources.
  • Collaborate with local and regional teams to align supply chain infrastructure with Taiwan's go-to-market strategy, ensuring a consistent customer experience and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Enhance customer service by optimizing internal order processes and communication regarding shipment schedules and special instructions.
  • Drive process optimization, digitization, and compliance initiatives while managing logistics costs, inventory, warehouse strategy, and performance metrics to meet business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10-15+ years of Supply Chain related experience, experiencing in Life Sciences, Bio-tech, or Pharmaceutical Industry, dealing with medical devices, cold chain, dangerous goods is preferred
  • 5+ years leadership experience, across multiple supply chain functionalities is preferred
  • Experience both Demand & Supply Planning processes, implementing and executing within S&OP framework
  • Experience in managing 3PL providers, and effectively manage and optimize distribution & logistics cost
