Job Description

  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team on business planning and key initiatives
  • Lead and drive cross-functional strategic projects, ensuring alignment and execution across departments
  • Support annual and long-term business planning, including market analysis, goal setting, and performance tracking
  • Identify growth opportunities and operational improvement areas through data-driven insights
  • Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and business cases for senior stakeholders
  • Monitor key business metrics and provide actionable recommendations to drive performance
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across teams to ensure strategic priorities are executed effectively
  • Act as a problem solver on high-priority, ambiguous business challenges



The Successful Applicant

  • Prior experience in eCommerce, tech, or fast-paced industries is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured thinking approach
  • Proven experience in driving cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
