Job Description

  • Analyze monthly performance and identify trends impacting revenue and profitability
  • Support business planning and resource allocation decisions
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and performance tracking tools
  • Participate in budgeting and long-range planning cycles
  • Provide financial input on cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Drive cost structure optimization and process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations



The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or strategic finance roles
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Comfortable working independently and engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Proficient in Excel and financial systems; experience with dashboards a plus
  • Fluent in English; able to communicate effectively across regions
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration or project finance is a plus
