This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing procurement strategy, supplier management, and cost control for a high-mix, low-volume tech manufacturer. The successful candidate will lead a small team and work closely with SEA-based suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery excellence.

Job Description

  • Lead strategic sourcing and drive cost negotiations across key categories.
  • Manage supplier relationships and contract manufacturers in Guangdong.
  • Oversee purchasing execution and inventory planning with high accuracy.
  • Coach and develop a 3-5 person procurement team with clear KPIs.
  • Monitor procurement metrics and proactively control BOM costs.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of procurement and supply chain experience in electronic manufacturing field.
  • Hands-on experience with South East Asia based procurement and supplier networks.
  • Proven track record in cost breakdowns and supplier negotiations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
