Job Description

NLP Engineer:

- Develop and refine Large Language Models for human-like text generation, tailored to spatial planning and design applications.
- Build and oversee multi-agent communication frameworks using LLMs for intelligent, context-aware interactions.
-Research and implement new techniques for scaling LLMs while optimizing efficiency and accuracy.
- Partner with product teams to align and integrate advanced LLM solutions with business goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of NLP engineers, promoting continuous learning and innovation. RL Engineer: - Design and enhance reinforcement learning models for AI-driven placement, optimizing furniture layout and space use.
- Integrate large language model outputs to enrich RL training datasets for context-aware learning.
- Lead testing and scaling of RL solutions, ensuring they meet performance standards for real-world applications.
- Collaborate with NLP engineers and design teams to incorporate domain knowledge and customer preferences into RL models.
- Keep up with advancements in RL and LLMs, applying new research and best practices to improve AI capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

Required Qualifications,

Sr. NLP Engineer:

- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in NLP, with a strong emphasis on large language models.
- Proven experience implementing LLMs in production, particularly those based on the Transformer architecture.
- Proficient in Python and familiar with NLP libraries (e.g., Transformers, Hugging Face).
- Knowledge of multi-agent system architectures and their AI applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Sr. RL Engineer:
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying reinforcement learning systems.
- Proven expertise with modern RL techniques and frameworks (e.g., RLLib, TensorFlow Agents).
- Experience integrating large language model outputs into RL training environments.
- Proficient in Python, with familiarity in AI development environments.
