Develop and execute strategic plans based on the overall objectives and development strategies of the head office, formulate local marketing strategies, and plans for branch offices, develop local markets, and achieve sales targets.

Job Description

  • Lead the sales team to achieve annual and quarterly sales targets, related business operations objectives and expand our customer base.
  • Responsible for the sales & marketing, channel management and promotion plan.
  • Analyze current sales strategy and suggest solutions for improvement.
  • Participating in the market well-known relevant exhibition enhances the company's reputation and credibility.
  • Formulate and communicate the work assessment (KPI), ensure that the implementation of the company's policy.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Recruit and train sales and technical staff.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 15 years of experience in sales in semiconductor sector.
  • Experience in selling power management ICs, rectifiers, ESD protection devices, bridge rectifiers, MOSFETs, IGBTs, thyristors, and SCRs.
  • Strong oral and written communication skill in English.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance.
  • Excellent leadership abilities, and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Operational management capabilities.
  • Strategic execution capabilities.
