Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant,

  • you will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of clients within your respective sector.
  • You will partner with senior decision makers within these organisations in determining and anticipating their human capital requirements.
  • You will also build and maintain a strong network of job seekers & market experts in your specialisation in order to ultimately drive the hiring process to benefit both the client and candidate.
  • You will be a true business partner/consultant to some of the world's most reputable companies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant. e.g. 2+ years as a solution sales or recruiter/talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Highly interested in staying informed about industry trends in FMCG, retail, healthcare, and technology.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Professional English
