- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process.
- Managing recruitment pipeline by creating and maintaining networks with potential candidates.
- Organize new hire orientation and emplyee communication initiatives.
- Implement HR HR initiatives and projects.
The Successful Applicant
- A bachelor or above degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields from recognized university.
- 3-5 years experience in recruitment.
- With good communication and coordination skills.
- Has passion in e-commerce industry.
