Job Description

  • Lead quality control, assurance, and compliance projects, applying advanced analytical and risk‑management methodologies.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives across sectors, using data analytics and root‑cause techniques to achieve sustainable impact.
  • Manage training and capability‑building programs, providing expert guidance on procedures, standards, and best‑known methods.
  • Oversee documentation, reporting, and communication of quality performance to senior leadership.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex quality issues, manage customer expectations, and strengthen cross‑functional collaboration.



The Successful Applicant

  • Brings hands‑on expertise in supplier/manufacturing quality, problem‑solving methodologies, and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Experienced in global technology industries such as semiconductor, electronics, automotive or similar.
  • Demonstrates strong influence, communication, and mentoring capabilities at cross‑sector levels.
  • Possesses a proven track record in driving systemic improvements through structured root‑cause analysis and change management.
