Sr. Project Manager - (Mid to Large scale project)

Lead the execution of medium-sized projects, ensuring all activities align with Hitachi Energy's policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety, and environmental requirements, financial targets, and schedule commitments.

Responsibilities:

• 1. Lead and motivate the project team, define guidelines, allocate tasks, and monitor resources to achieve milestones.
• 2. Provide performance feedback and define project plans with the Project Controls department, including scope, financials, schedule, and risk management.
• 3. Ensure adherence to best practices and policies, monitor progress, and optimize resource use.
• 4. Oversee project financials, including invoicing, costs, expenses, and cash flow, manage risks, and pursue opportunities. Share lessons learned and ensure formal project closure.
• 5. Apply consistent contract and claims management per policies.
• 6. Coordinate with supply chain management to procure services, materials, and equipment.
• 7. Support supply chain management in negotiations, claims, and project changes. Manage contract, quality, program, and cost issues.
• 8. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure effective communication. Comply with company health, safety, and environmental policies.
• 9. Uphold core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for actions and caring for colleagues and the business.
