Define, alongside the Project Controls department, all project plan documents, including scope, financial plans, schedule, and risk management strategies.Ensure that the project adheres to execution best practices and established policies. Monitor and control project progress and utilize resources efficiently.Oversee project financials, managing invoicing, costs, expenses, and cash flow. Identify, assess, and manage project risks, ensuring that all opportunities are captured and pursued. Document and share lessons learned throughout the project. Ensure formal project close-out and customer acceptance as contractually agreed.Consistently apply contract and claims management in line with policy and contractual agreements.Coordinate with supply chain management to successfully procure necessary services, materials, and equipment from both internal and external suppliers.Support supply chain management in supplier negotiations, claims, and project adjustments. Conduct risk and opportunity assessments and ensure action plans are implemented within areas of responsibility. Address contract, quality, program, or cost-related issues proactively.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively throughout the project.
