Job Description

  • Key decision maker for buying strategies and deep involvement in store operation
  • Provide clear and defined business direction across all functions, ensuring that company's mission and vision are effectively communicated to all team members and external stakeholders.
  • Fostering a customer-centric culture and building a high-performing team, we will collaborate to innovate and achieve sustainable growth in the Taiwanese toy and play retail market.
  • Establish a strong leadership team capable of aligning with the company's strategy, fostering collaboration, and engaging team members.
  • Prioritising talent planning, performance management, and people development to create an environment of open communication, clear channels, and enhanced team member involvement



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong commercial sense and P&L management concept
  • Solid on-the-ground leadership experience in retail, consumer electronics or FMCG related industry is a must
  • Strategic and commercially minded leader with a proven track record of driving profitability, market share growth, and competitive advantage in retail.
  • Passionate about customer engagement and experience with exceptional people management and leadership capability
  • Proven ability to innovate and renovate to lead transformative initiatives and making data-driven decisions.
  • Being resilient and able to work under pressure
  • Native Mandarin speaker with good English ability
