This role partners with regional and country leadership to scale commercialization strategies, accelerate growth, strengthen sales execution, and uphold company's standards of excellence. The position requires strategic planning, sales enablement, leadership development, and performance optimization across multiple business units.

Job Description

Commercial Excellence & Scalability

  • Coach and train sales leaders and teams on best practices and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop and measure competencies by role and market maturity to ensure consistent sales skills across APAC.
  • Partner with Commercial Learning team to design and deliver onboarding, sales training, and leadership development programs.
  • Promote and embed Company's culture across all markets.



Cross-Functional Strategy Execution

  • Collaborate with APAC GMs and sales leadership on go-to-market strategies, product launches, and digital portfolio initiatives.
  • Define quarterly milestones aligned with annual performance goals.
  • Work with corporate business units to implement new strategies and programs prioritized by regional leadership.
  • Support APAC sales leadership in field coaching for clinical, specialty, capital, and key account sales.
  • Identify and develop global reference sites and KOLs to showcase Company's value proposition.
  • Guide sales teams in leveraging metrics to drive program expansion and growth.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10 years in medical sales/marketing with OR environment knowledge (preferred).
  • 5+ years in commercial leadership or management roles.
  • Proven success in clinical and capital sales processes.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to influence and inspire across diverse cultures and teams.
  • Expertise in presenting to and negotiating with C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience in medical device industry and commercial excellence (Schneider or similar background preferred).
  • Consulting experience (e.g., McKinsey) or corporate development background is a plus.
