- Develop C&B strategy in order to enhance company's competitiveness in the market.
- Ensure C&B policies and procedures to comply with Taiwan labor law.
- Deliver C&B services accurately and timely.
- Manage annual budget plan and salary review project.
- Coordinate and deploy performance management
The Successful Applicant
- Good command of English.
- At least 3 years experience in C&B and payroll.
- With good communication and coordination skills.
- Be familiar with Taiwan Labour law and regulatory processes.
