Job Description

  • Support new product development by reviewing samples and identifying performance risks under worst-case usage conditions.
  • Develop reliability test plans and quality control processes with suppliers during development stages.
  • Monitor and review suppliers' progress on reliability tests and coordinate corrective actions for failed tests.
  • Manage third-party lab testing in Taiwan and analyse market complaints to improve product quality.
  • Assist in process validation methods during design verification and initial mass production builds.



The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a bachelor's degree or above in engineering, preferably electronic, mechanical, or industrial.
  • Has 10+ years of experience in quality control and assurance in hardware or software testing.
  • Skilled in developing test plans, reviewing results, and driving process improvements.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to work independently under pressure with a sense of urgency.
