They are a highly reputable company in the Taiwan market and now they are expanding their HR team by adding a C&B and Talent Management role

Job Description

  • Responsible for all compensation matters in regards to market midpoint analysis, overview of current schemes or identifying area to be redesigned
  • Advise best practice to company's business/functional leaders, business partner with HR department and leadership team
  • Plan and executive all benefit plans

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience in C&B for minimal of 4 years, open for straight from HR Consulting Firms
  • Solid experience with handling multiple projects and working with multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of pension structure/governance of Taiwan is needed, with other countries is plus
  • Strong skills in Mandarin/English communication
  • Recommended local/domestic commercial experiences in large organisation's of at least over 1000 staffs
  • Looking for junior experiences of minimal 4 years or senior experiences 8 Years and plus
