Our client is seeking a Sr. Brand Manager/Brand Manager, reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing in the Taiwan affiliate. This role involves collaboration with another Sr. Brand Manager to prepare for a new product launch in the therapeutic area of obesity and to execute marketing strategies post-launch.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy for a new pharmaceutical product targeting obesity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, sales, regulatory affairs, and market access, to ensure a cohesive product launch.
  • Implement PESO strategies in collaboration with communications and media teams to drive activation.
  • Create and implement comprehensive plans to enhance patient adherence to our medications through educational programs, support tools, and communication campaigns.
  • Partner with healthcare professionals, including educators, pharmacists, and nutritionists, to understand patient needs and develop targeted initiatives to support adherence.
  • Build a patient support ecosystem, including programs, content, and platforms, to create an exceptional user experience.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and advocacy groups within the obesity therapeutic area.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.
  • Develop and deliver customer campaigns that enhance customer satisfaction/trust and improve profit and loss.

The Successful Applicant

  • Over 2 years of consumer marketing experience.
  • Aesthetic clinic experience will be a plus.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on self-pay.
  • MBA or graduate degree.
  • Strategic thinking and strong commercial acumen.
  • Leadership skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration, decision-making, and leading without authority.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure and ambiguous environments.
  • Proven capability to inspire, engage, and lead diverse groups across multiple stakeholders (internal and external) and customer segments.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans from vision to implementation successfully.
  • Strong data and analytical skills; familiar with leading and lagging metrics across Seek, Start, and Stay.
